iPaint

iPaint is a separator system created for the treatment and the recycle of the washing water of silk screen and of the cleaning of roller machines and curtain coaters employed on glass processing.

The machine is composed by one stainless steel centrifuge AISI 304, model T6M and by one conical tank of proper plastic material, supported by an iron painted structure, for the water to treat. Through a submersible pump, the polluted liquid is pumped inside the tank where, one time reached the maximal loading level, the PLC will start the separation cycle. By a metering pump an additive is injected and mixed with the liquid to treat. After the paint clot reaction, the centrifuge will start automatically its cycle of solids separation, expelling the cleared liquid that can be reused or discharged on the sewer. Terminated the liquid on the conical tank, the cycle stops and the machine is ready for a new operation.

Solid liquid compact separation system for recycling of 100 per cent of glass and stone grinding refrigerant fluids. The system is composed of a centrifuge type TORNADO CT6M+iCLEAN manual unload and a hydro cyclone tank. From the cone of the cyclone, the dirty fluid is injected into the rotor bowl of the centrifuge by means of a pump.

Here, the “G Force” push the suspended particles contained in the fluid with different density, onto the bowl wall, allowing the purified fluid to flow out. At pre set time, an acoustic alarm warns the operator to carry out the manual unloading of sediment particles by remove the holder containing the sludge. He has to arrest the machine by push the stop button, when the safety lock is released, lift machine cover up, remove the sludge holder, once clean, replace it, lower the cover and run cycle again, by push the start button. The system is composed of powder painted iron frame structure that includes all the components and a centrifuge type T6 M manual unload. The space required for this system is about sm 6,5.
